A Quiet, Private Room for Your Family
The repast is for family and close friends to be together, share a meal, and begin the process of remembering. That calls for privacy and calm. When you book our space for a gathering of this kind, the room is yours alone. Daytime access is by appointment only, and a booked private event takes priority over that date's regular lineup, so there are no strangers, no competing events, and no noise from elsewhere in the building.
A Warm and Comfortable Space for 50 to 199 Guests
Our venue can respectfully host gatherings from around 50 guests up to 199 standing. The room is arranged around your family's needs:
- Soft, comfortable seating in the VIP lounge area, which many families appreciate for older relatives who need a restful place to sit
- An open main event area with room for food tables, memory displays, photo boards, and a program
- Warm lighting and a calm, respectful atmosphere throughout
Families have used the room for repasts, celebrations of life, memorial gatherings, and wakes. We will help you arrange the space in whatever way best honors your loved one.
The VIP Lounge add-on is $350–$500. The Premium Pool Table add-on is $150–$200, subject to availability.
Food, Drink, and Comfort Without Complication
Our full mocktail mixology bar serves non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, teas, and beautifully presented mocktails. We do not sell alcohol. Families typically bring food through their own caterers, a beloved restaurant, or church members, and the room accommodates serving tables and buffet flow. BYOB is permitted for private events with a $200 private-event BYOB fee where applicable; BYOB is $10 per 750 mL, bottles are checked in, and no outside mixers are allowed.
Available Daytime and Evening, Any Day of the Week
Funeral services do not follow a convenient schedule, and neither do we. Private rentals are available any day of the week, including weekday daytime hours immediately following a morning service, and evenings if your family prefers a later gathering. Tell us the time of the service and we will plan the room around it.
